Mercury Installations was founded in 2005 by Greg Stack, with a view to provide quality air conditioning installations for southeast Queenslanders. After spending years working for other air conditioning firms, Greg realised that he had the skill and experience to start his own small business, focusing on providing a personal service to his customers, where every single person mattered. He wanted to provide the best possible advice, install the best air conditioners on the market, and impress his customers so much that they would tell their friends about him.
He succeeded. Since 2005, Mercury has become one of the most reputable air conditioning companies in Brisbane, with 99% of our business coming from word-of-mouth recommendations. Our enthusiasm for providing the best experience for our customers has allowed us to flourish, and we are confident that this strategy will keep us strong, and continue to benefit the individuals and businesses we work with every day.

We choose to install leading air conditioning brands like Panasonic and Daikin and our relationship with these companies allows us to source and install the best air conditioners on the market, known for their efficiency, durability, and advanced features. While we can source lower-quality air conditioners for a cheaper price, we prefer to install premium products as they will save you money in the long run.
